Regeneration Works, a project of the National Trust for Canada and Faith & The Common Good has travelled all over Canada for the past three years, conducting one day and two day workshops for municipalities. Covering topics such as governance, historical building upkeep, space sharing, revitalizing your mission, marketing and enhancing building efficiency, the team breaks down the elements for successful regeneration. Team members Rob Pajot, Stephen Collette (both pictured here), Andrew Hurrell, Randall Goodfellow and myself have been honoured to conduct workshops in Ottawa, Peterborough, Calgary and Winnipeg with upcoming sessions planned for Kingston in June 2019 and hopefully the west coast soon there after.. Workshops are attended by civic leaders, the arts sector, municipal planners, social services and faith communities as we seek together to utilize faith buildings for the common good.
