Stakeholders Consultations and Usage Redesign

I work with many historic sites and faith places to reconnect with community and imagine a new future.  Small scale projects might include stakeholders interviews or community consultation projects.  Larger scale includes governance redesign, memorandums of understanding, and staffing structure design.

I work with the client to help them find like minded community partners and a sustainable vision for their future place in the community. Clients have included: Crescent Fort Rouge United and The Keep Theatre, Winnipeg, Richmond Hill United, Port Hope United, Beth Israel Synagogue, and the Unitarian Congregation of Peterborough.

CREATETO

CreateTO is creating new housing at 805 Don Mills and sought input on public benefit space planned for within the new build.  I conducted a survey on not for profit and community needs within the community and how they might align with the 805 Don Mills Build Plan.
