An improved public realm and streetscape in a mixed income development adjacent to the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Creative Collisions is working with CreateTO to provide information on not-for-profit and community groups who could best animate a street level community space in this new housing development. This proposed new market-rate rent space could be shared or singularly utilized.
