Eastminster United Church: Danforth and Chester
We worked for 8 months with East End United Regional Ministry to bring together a community hub vision for their multi use site at Danforth and Chester, Eastminster United Church. We devised new governance and operational models, created appropriate staffing compliments, devised a new sanctuary design upgrade and clarified Memorandums of Understanding between the many partners for this site. Launching in Spring 2022, Easminster will be an upgraded multi purpose venue welcoming new users from the arts and social sectors to this hub in the centre of the Danforth.
